Where can I find door frame templates for the LM9300 top strike?

The LM9300 lock must be ordered for use in doors and frames from Steelcraft only.  There is no templating information for doors or frames available online because all of the door and frame prep is done by Steelcraft.  See notes below regarding ordering doors and frames from Steelcraft:

  • Doors:  Steelcraft will only prepare the L, B, H & PW14 series doors for the LM9300 lock. When ordering doors customer would need to specify the lock function required (e.g. LM9380). Steelcraft will prepare the doors and install the top & bottom rods. (Note that rods will not ship loose.This is the only option available.)  This is a proprietary prep by Steelcraft.
  • Frames: Steelcraft will only prepare the F, MU, DW & K series. When ordering frames the customer would need to state prep for the LM9300 or LMV9300 strike. This is the terminology Steelcraft uses for this strike. On single openings they would also need to order the frame prepped for an ASA strike (for side latching).
