When I log into Pure Access why are all of the pages blank?
It is likely that when your web-access was set up, no Area Access was applied.
Area Access is necessary for a web-access user to interact with the contents of a given Area.
View - will allow the user to see the contents of an area based upon their web access permissions
Manage - will allow the user to see and make changes to the contents of an area based upon their web access permissions
Note that if a tenant is not using Areas for administrative segmentation, everything is housed within the COMMON area.
