When did LCN change the bushings on their rollers?

First check installation/templating as improper installation can lead to wear and tear on the roller and thus cause issues.

We did launch a new roller design on Feb. 8, 2016 and have continued to make improvements.  One improvement was going from a Greased Bushing to an Oil-impregnated Bushing.  This improvement help address the potential for noise as the roller travels in the track as well as the wear of the bushing itself.

The bushing change went into full Production on Tuesday May 2nd, 2017.
