When an XP98/99 Exit Device is dogged, will the Push Pad be held in the depressed position?

When using a Dogging Option located in the Cover Plate beyond the Push Pad of the device (HD, HDSI, CDSI, DI, CI), the push pad will be held in the retracted position when dogged.

When using a Dogging Option located in the Centercase of the device (SD and CD-CX), the Push Pad will not be held in the retracted position since that only holds the Centercase retracted.

Note: The latchbolt of an XP98/99 Exit Device would still be extended while dogged, but it will pivot around the strike allowing the door to open and close while dogged.
