What wires are the activation inputs for the Senior Swing?

The current (digital control box) activation input wiring harness (# 761464-00) is included in the Sr. Swing parts bag (-518), and has 4 wires in it, Black, White, Yellow, & Gray.

  • This harness plugs in to either P6 or P7 on the Sr. Swing controller. (they are parallel inputs)
  • The black and white wire supply 24 VAC for accessories as needed.
  • The Yellow, and Gray wires are for activation. They are connected to the N.O. (normally open) and COM (common) terminals of any activation device directly.

The old style (non digital) control has a 3 wire cable -- Yellow, Gray, & Blue. The Yellow and Gray wires are the activation input and connect to the "COM" and "N.O." contacts of the actuator switch. The Blue wire was a safety input.

The Sr. Swing will accept an input from any number of actuators. They would all be wired in parallel with the N.O. (normally open) and COM (common) dry contacts connected across the Yellow & Gray wires of either the P6 or P7 input of the control box.
