What troubleshooting can I try if the app keeps saying "Keypad tamper detected"?

This alarm may be the result of a few different things. 
  1.  Check the wires running through the door to ensure they are not loose or have gotten dislodged.
  2. Attempt a Soft Reset.(Soft reset the device by removing the battery pack then reinserting it. Once inserted lock and unlock using the interior thumb turn and listen for a beep from the lock.)
  3.  Attempt a Factory Reset
