Have the user navigate to app.pureaccess.com and enter their web-access email address as if they were going to log in and click continue.
At the next screen, have them click the "Forgot password?" link.
An email will be sent to that address from [email protected] with the subject "Reset your password".
Have the user follow the "Change password" link in the email.
The user will be able to set a password and then log into the Pure Access Cloud tenant.
