Most builder's have a one year warranty on new builds. This includes Lennar. They will ask you to contact us to troubleshoot the issue and advise whether a replacement is needed and provide a case number. This will need to be given to your builders representative to complete the replacement for you. Please review your builder warranty/contract information.
