What parts are required to update an older 4630 or 4640 operator from the old on/off switch and/or I/O board to the new version?

If you have an old digital 4630 or 4640 operator with an I/O Board assembly that has two terminal strips, one with terminals 1-12, and the other that has 13-24 and you are in need of replacing the On/off Switch and/or the I/O board assembly you would need to order the following parts:

  1. The 4640 or 4630-334 End Cap
  2. The 4640 or 4630-3180 I/O board assembly (assembly had just one terminal strip 1-24).
  3. The 4640 or 4630- 3179-1 on/off switch (small black, looks similar to HO switch)
