What is the standard reveal of 4040XP regular arm closer mounted top jamb?

All information below is for a 4040XP Top Jamb push side mounting. 

Regular Arm

  • Maximum reveal for a 4040XP regular arm is 2-9/16".
  • Maximum reveal for a 4040XP long arm is from 2-9/16" to 4-13/16".
  • Maximum reveal for a 4040XP extra long arm (XLong) is from 4-13/16" to 8".
  • ST-2523 is a special long rod & shoe for a 4040XP that allow mounting with reveals between 8” to 11” maximum.

Hold Open Arm

  •      Maximum reveal for 4040XP hold open arm is 2-9/16”.
  •      Maximum reveal for 4040XP hold open long arm is 2-9/16” to 4-11/16”
  •      ST-2576 is for a special long hold open arm that can be used for reveals between 4-11/16” to 9” maximum.

    • Need to note Hinge Width, Reveal Depth, and Door thickness when ordering this ST.
