What is the difference between programming a CT1000 and a CT5000 in Schlage Express?

In Schlage Express, Under Doors setup and configuration, the door Type for the old CT1000 was programmed as a CM/KC-2 lock supporting 1000 credentials maximum.

The in newer Schlage Express version 4.x.x the new CT5000 has its own Door Type of CT5000 supporting 5000 credentials maximum.
