Von Duprin launched a UL Labeled 8827-LBR device in October 2019.
This device uses the Top Rod and Soffit Latch used with the 8827-F Fire Rated Exit Device.
This 8827-LBR device is not compatible with Electric Strikes.

If access control is desired on this type of device, the E373L-BE on one leaf and a mechanical 373L (which can be set for NL function during the installation) would be recommended.
