An error - E 04 - is an indication of a constant activation input from either the "Hold Open" switch or a "Wall Activation" switch when the 4600 power is turned on. This condition also occurs when leaving the programming mode.
The "GREEN" operating indicator LED's on the control box will determine which input is causing the E 04 error code.
Once the constant activation is removed, the E-04 should clear and allow for normal operation.
