What hardware is typical on a dutch door?

Typical dutch doors have a deadbolt or deadlatch on the upper portion and a lever or knob lock on the lower portion. There may also be a dutch door bolt (slide bolt) that is used when both the top and bottom door are to be opened together.

Schlage A, ALX, D, ND and L9000 can all be used on a dutch door and would typically be used on the lower portion.
Schlage B-series deadbolts (B500/B600 series) and deadlatches (B250/252) can be used on a dutch door and would typically be used on the upper portion.
Ives 054 dutch door bolt can be used to connect the two doors together
