What electric strike would be used with the 1690 CVR and LBR?

A 6211 with an ES top latch on the 1690 and less bottom rod could work.  Since the application has a non-deadlocking ES top latch & no bottom rod/latch this should never be done on exterior door applications or any door where security could be an issue.  A better, more secure application with the 1690 for access control would be the EL option.
