What door prep is required for Falcon Single Dummy MA12 with rose trim?

The Falcon MA12 Single Dummy trim does not have a lock body.  No mortise pocket is required in the door prep.  

The following holes should be drilled based on the trim type:

  • For rose (sectional) trim, drill the hole for lever spindle only.  This is marked as hole E on the MA Escutcheon Template.  Do NOT drill through the door.  This is single side door prep only.  Lever is surface mounted using two - combination (wood/machine) screws.  No through bolts are utilized.  
  • For escutcheon trim, drill the hole for lever spindle spindle only.  This is marked as hole E on the MA Escutcheon Template.  Do NOT drill through the door.  This is single side door prep only.  Lever is surface mounted using two - combination (wood/machine) screws.  No through bolts are utilized.  Escutcheon trim is also suface mounted using two combination (wood/machine) screws.
