What does SPV or SPH mean for credentials?

Resolution: These acronyms describe the type of slot punch options the customer wants on their credentials. SPV means "slot punch vertical", which is located along the short side of the card. SPH means "slot punch horizontal", which is located along the long side of the card. There are also three "dot" markings on every ISO composite card to indicate each of the punch locations.
