This error message is caused when the audit data doesn’t load correctly when syncing to the engage locks. This can be caused by bad signal strength from the engage app to the lock via Bluetooth. Low batteries can also cause this. Recommend having the engage app on a local wifi network and not using cell data. You can also refresh your tokens under the “My Account” section of the engage app. Also if the lock’s wifi is turned on, turn it off under the settings and update the lock via the engage app.
