What does it mean when I see an ! ( exclamation point) when I am logged into Engage Mobile App ?

      Engage device will display the orange explanation point (!) next to a device name whenever a programming change was applied to the device. The device needs an update, once a successful sync was performed on the device, the orange “!” will disappear. If the Engage devices are on wi-fi and are able to connect to the local wi-fi network, the device will update the lock during the night. The orange “!” will only disappear on a successful sync is performed with the Engage app.
