What could cause PS873 power supply not to provide 24VDC output?
Check to see if fuse is good, if bad replace with 4amp slow blow fuse.
If Fire Alarm board is used confirm that the Fire Alarm is closed across the board, try using a jumper wire to rule this out. Also check to see if E3 on the main board of the PS873 has been cut. This is done when a FA board is used and if someone removed the FA board after this was cut the PS would not provide output DC voltage.
Disconnect the load from DC output to see if the green light comes on. There is overload protection in series with the fuse and under some circumstances it can shut down the supply without blowing the fuse.
Measure the AC input power and make sure there is 110 VAC is present at the AC terminal block.
