What could cause a 9100 Series Benchmark operator not to open when the actuator is pushed?

If the 9100 Series Benchmark operator does not open when the actuator is pushed:

  • Verify the unit has 120 volts applied to it.
  • Verify the the power light on the control box is on. If not, check the fuses.
  • Verify that the activation device is connected to the "Main Act" and "Main Act" terminals on the control box.
  • Verify that the motor and encoder connectors are properly connected to the control box.

If all these steps are correct, the control box is defective and must be replaced.
