What can I do if I lose the Privacy Pin

If you want to change your lock from a passage to a privacy but you have lost your privacy pin after install, Schlage will send you a new pin for free. Simply call Schlage Customer service (888-805-9837) and let them know you have lost the privacy pin for a Schlage Custom Combined Interior product. Tell them which finish you need, and they will send you a replacement part.
