What can cause the Engage App not to connect to the Engage devices via Bluetooth?
Be Patient but also be aware of the RF environment you are dealing with.
Hi volume of BLE, Bluetooth devices
Check with Light blue
Other types of in band interference
Generator, microwave….
Get closer to Device
Try to power cycle phone
Try another Mobile device
Try another Lock device
Has the Device been reset (no longer commissioned but still in site)?
Try to refresh token in the Engage app (in the app under “my account” or “account”)
Make sure your cell phone's bluetooth is turned on
Make sure the phone is not connected to any other bluetooth devices like a smartwatch, headphones, etc.
