If the NDE is not correctly
reading Factory Firmware or Software versions, you may see NULL in some fields.
To clear the NULL value
displays, the NDE will need to refresh and re-read the configuration values.

Connect to the NDE
lock with the Mobile Application.

Turn OFF the NDE
Beeper option in Lock Configuration and SAVE.
3-
Turn back ON the NDE
Beeper option in Lock Configuration and SAVE.
4-
Disconnect the
Mobile Application.
5-
Re-Connect the
Mobile Application.
6-
Now when checking
configuration values they should be valid.
