The hinge spacing (between hinges) for a 6'8" door or frame with 2 pair of hinges is 19 61/64".

Frame Locations - from the underside of head to the centerline of each hinge is:

  • 9 3/4"      to centerline of first (top) hinge 
  • 29 45/64" to centerline of second hinge
  • 49 21/32" to centerline of third hinge
  • 69 39/64" to centerline of forth (bottom) hinge

Door Locations - top of door to centerline of each hinge is:

  • 9 5/8"      to centerline of first (top) hinge 
  • 29 37/64" to centerline of second hinge
  • 49 17/32" to centerline of third hinge
  • 69 31/64" to centerline of forth (bottom) hinge

The centerline locations listed would apply to all hinge sizes 3 1/2", 4", 4 1/2", 5" etc.
