What are the LCN Senior Swing error codes?

Here is an updated list of errors shown on keypad display of the Senior Swing control:

• Er04 - Voltage Monitor was high during Opening hardware check.
• Er05 - Master or Companion CPU has oscillator running at a harmonic.
• Er06 - Testing hardware just before opening door, voltage monitor is low when should be high.
• Er07 - Testing hardware just before opening door, series enable is low when should be high.
• Er08 - Informed companion we opening door, didn't see series enable go low.
• Er09 - Voltage monitor low when should be high.
• Er10 - Voltage monitor high when should be low.
• Er11 - Master CPU fails to communicate with companion CPU on a regular basis.
• Er12 - Companion CPU sees triac come on but master didn't indicate it was turning on a triac.
• Er13 - Master CPU informs companion CPU that triac is going to turn on but companion never sees it turn on.
• Er14 - Someone added a companion door to a setup that was already sized.
• Er15 - Invalid interrupt in firmware isr.
• Er16 - Master CPU tried to communicate multiple times with companion and failed.
• Er17 - System unable to size a second time.

If control box does not function and one of these error messages Er## flashes on the control box Setting and Value displays, turn AC power off and on to reset the control box and see if error code clears. The following are common errors and suggested fixes in field:
ER 06: Master motor problem - verify master motor cable is connected to motor or Motor Power Cable not plugged in – verify the Red & Black power cables have the two pin harness connected to the motor Red & Black power cables - see HERE.
ER 14: Companion door added to a setup that was already sized - turn AC power off, then on and resize with both doors connected.

All error codes that will not clear with recycling power normally indicate a defective control box. .
