Viewing Lock Properties, some information not present in SUS - Device Options

SOLUTION:
It may be possible to recover these fields by doing an "S1" RESET to request the main lock to re-read and store the information (if it is present) and make it available to the SUS. 
 
If "S1" RESET does not work, then the information is not available (never programmed at the factory)
