v Backup Schlage Express Facility in a different drive (flash drive preferably)
v Once backed up, rename the file leaving out any special characters (@#$,;) and making sure when renaming, leave same extension (.lld)
v Restore renamed backup under facility‘s new name
v Close Schlage Express (making sure the new facility name is at the bottom left corner of the Schlage Express window)
v Open Schlage Express and select new facility, confirm data, close Schlage Express
v Open VAM to confirm access to Schlage Express Facility data
