Try these steps:
If on wifi, shut off wifi and try opening app using cell data. Or Vice-Versa (try on wifi if just on cellular data)
Ensure the user is not on a VPN, especially one that may place them outside of the United States or Canada.
Note: Error 403 means "Forbitten Connection" to the standards of the World Wide Web, and Zentra is currently (as of Oct 2025) only supported within the United States and Canada.
