The default PIN code (13579#) does not work on my AD or CO250 lock?
In the factory default reset state, an AD250/ CO250 lock with a keypad will have a default PIN of 13579 and “#”.
Legacy Campus Locks (CL) that were replaced by AD250 and CO250 locks did not have a default User PIN Code.
If the lock does not respond to the default PIN code, be sure to press * before 13579#. The * button will clear the keypad input buffer prior to entering the default PIN code.
If it still does not work factory default reset (FDR) the lock.
FDR AD: hold schlage button on reader down about 10 seconds :double beep double green
Release button then press the inside large whit push 3 times
FDR for CO hold schlage button on reader down about 10 seconds :double beep double green
Then turn key until long beep.
The default PIN is automatically deleted whenever the lock is "Coupled" with an Hand Held Device (HHD) to programmed with
the Schlage Utility Software (SUS)
