Targus USB-to-Serial Converter

When reading in iButton information into SMS express, the Targus USB-to-Serial Coverter (232), will transmit incorrect CIP data into SMS Express.
So far, the only workaround for this is to use another USB-enabled iButton reader, such as a SNAP programmer to correctly read in the iButton data.

The USB-to-Serial adapter, however, will correctly program a lock through the CIP
