SMS Express 3.5.7, existing install already on PC message during install

Problem: Customer is installing Express for the first time on PC, and during install, gets a message saying a prior version of Express exists, would you like to import the files over. There is no prior version on this PC.
 
Answer: Just click "No" to the message and it will let you continue the install. This is fixed in the next version.
