Schlage Utility Software has two login profiles;  Manager and Operator  
"Operator"  will be limited: coupling, programming, or updating firmware  will not be available .
"Manager"  must be used to access the  full feature set  including coupling, programming, or updating firmware on AD or CO locks or programming CM locks. 

The default password for both "Manager" and "Operator" is 123456.
