If a Schlage RC has been properly commissioned into the Isonas-created Engage site, and shows as a device in the Engage Mobile App, then it will start trying to communicate with Isonas Pure Access Cloud.
Once the reader is able to properly contact IsonasPureAccessCloud.com, it will populate into the Engage-linked Isonas tenant.
If the reader does not populate:
1) Click on the Green "+" on the devices page in Pure Access Cloud and click "Sync Engage Devices". Sometimes this will force a new check for the reader.
2) Ensure the RC is commissioned into the proper Engage tenant for use with Isonas
3) Try power cycling the RC. This could establish a fresh network connection and allow the device to reach Pure Access Cloud.
4) Check firewalls and other security devices to ensure the RC's communication is not being blocked.
