I have commissioned a Schlage RC using Engage Mobile App, within the correct Engage site, and the device is not connecting to, or showing in, Pure Access Cloud

If not: FDR device and delete from Zentra, or on Pure Access delete and sync with Engage. Then commission to correct site/tenant.
It might have an incomplete network connection; power cycling can correct this.
