Schlage Express limitations, includes order part numbers & cutsheets

Schlage Express Offline Lock Management software limitations:

Schlage Express limitation is defined as 100 doors and 1000 users per facility OR as 50 doors and 2000 users per facility, limitations are due to the database design running in a single-PC MS-Access runtime environment.
Multiple facilities can be setup to accommodate more locks and users, limited to available disk space.  Each facility could logically define and assign users and locks by company, building or campus to help manage larger environments with a single-PC.

Schlage Express system software should be installed on a PC with at least Windows 7 Professional, the computer should have minimum 2GB RAM and 80GB DISK, more RAM and disk space is recommended for Windows 8.xPro & Windows 10Pro.

Recommended for offline locks sites of fewer then 1000 users / 100 access points OR 2000 users / 50 access points per facility. Reporting of
last 1000 events capability will retrieve audit trails. Must be installed on a computer that meets
the minimum requirements (refer to software datasheet).
