Pure Access Cloud and Schlage RC11, RC15, RCK15 - New Access Points Populating in Access Point List

Once a device has been linked into a Pure Access Cloud-created site in Engage, all devices setup there will eventually link into Pure Access' Access Point Page

Schlage RC readers will only populate once they have been fully commissioned into Engage, and once they can connect to Pure Access Cloud through the local network.  

- If an access point is not populating for Schlage RC's once they are commissioned:

  • Ensure the RC is connected to an internet-enabled port on the network switch.
  • Make sure the firewall is not blocking traffic to and from this device.
  • Make sure the device was commissioned to the correct site setup in Engage.  When the Isonas API creates the linked Engage site, the site name is usually "Isonas_TENANTNAME".  For Example, a Pure Access Tenant "GreenOffice" will have a linked Engage site created as "ISONAS_GreenOffice"
