Resolution:

To pair the Schlage Sense Wi-Fi Adapter, download the Schlage Home app and create an account. Once that is done, follow the pairing instructions:

For pairing with an iOS device, click here.
For pairing with an Android device, click here.

It is recommended that the adapter and lock be installed on the same floor preferably with a clear line of sight between the two devices and no further then 20ft apart.
