3) Name of the OEM contact

4) The Individuals Phone number

Any system
end user or customer calling with ONR System Software questions, or ONR Access
Control Panel status questions should directly ask their ACP Software provider.
The first ACP Software
providers working on ONR for Schlage locks are, CBORD, Vanderbilt, and Mercury.
CBORD will likely have
ONR operational in 2014
The user interface to
control and report ONR progress by the ACP OEM is best explained by the OEM
- The ONR download is a
back ground process and not observable at the Schlage LOCK.
- When the ACP Software
gives the ONR Re-programming command the Schlage lock will be off-line for two
minutes, about the same amount of time as a HHD re-programming.
