On the PS900 series power supply, the red DC LED output is flashing.

Changing the DC power output from 12vdc to 24vdc or vice-verse selection with the AC power active to the power supply will most likely damage the main board and cause a blinking red LED, with no output DC voltage from the power supply.

The PS900 series power supplies are not designed to have the selected output voltage hot swapped changed while connected to an AC input source.

There is a protection circuit built into the PS900 series power supply unit, which displays the blinking red LED when triggered by this or other incorrect power and wiring conditions.

It is possible that power cycling the AC input completely off, for at least 30 seconds, removing any connected devices, and then restarting the power supply *might* let the unit recover.
