On dual technology cards (i.e. proximity & mifare classic or proximity & EV1), which badge ID is printed on the outside by default?

In the majority, the badge ID encoded on both proximity and smart will be the same therefore the printed badge ID will match.  In cases where there's an offset between both badge IDs, it is the smart card badge ID that is printed by default.  The customer may request otherwise or not print anything at all.
