New improved 2 3/4" backset ND and NDE latches began shipping February 2016

Effective immediately, February 2016, an improved latchbolt will be shipped with the ND & NDE products, replacing the previous version. The new latchbolt offers substantially improved performance in adverse door conditions (ex, with heavy door loading) and is more robust and forgiving in non-ideal installations.
