The most common reason would be a Wi-Fi issue. We would want to check and make sure that Wi-Fi is working on the device and check to see if we are able to update manually.
After that, we would want to deactivate, delete, and then FDR and recommission the reader into the system. If the reader still will not update, it may be a bad Wi-Fi chip and the lock might need to be replaced. Please call the technical support team to troubleshoot the NDE lock.
