There are two ways for the NDE to send audit data to the ENGAGE account for display.
1) Enable nightly automatic updates: With Wi-Fi ON and properly connected, the NDE will report the audit data every evening with an automatic call back, no user action is required
2) Request Audits now: With the ENGAGE Mobile application and when connected to the lock you can click on SYNC to retrieve the audits, the audit data is immediately sent to the ENGAGE account.
1) With the WEB Application, log in and go to "AUDITS" tab, select the desired lock and click "RESFRESH" you will see the audit data in the ENGAGE account.
a) ALERTS are reported in real time using WiFi, but do not include audit data.
b) You cannot update audit data by forcing an alert.
c) To obtain the very latest Audits, Use the Mobile APP and go to DEVICES > More> Audits.
2) With the Mobile Application, go to "DEVICES," select the desired lock, click on More, then Audits
a) "Activity" will show which credentials got access to the lock
b) "Diagnostics" will show all lock operations
