ND93 or ND60 was working just fine and now the key just spins.

Locked down to Tech

The plunger sleeve is worn and is rotating within the inside spindle.  See IPD or Sharepoint for details.

 

Short term solution is to order special chassis for the ND93 (ND60 not setup due to low volume)

  • Replacement chassis is ordered as XN13-727-Kit

Long term the plunger sleeve and inside spindle will be redesigned.  New design will be in place by the end of August 2026.
