My web-access invitation link has expired. How do I get it re-sent?

After an invite expires, the invited user can follow the "forgot password" process in order to create a password and gain access. The same procedure can also be followed if a "forgot password" email expires.

Follow the login process like normal at app.pureaccess.com using your web-access email address, when you reach the second screen that asks for the password, follow the “Forgot Password” link.  Follow the prompts and you will receive an email with instructions for resetting your password which will allow you to login.
