My Schlage smart lock is showing not reachable in the Schlage Home app. (BE479. BE489, BE499, FE789)

If the lock is showing not reachable, there are two ways to resolve this issue:

The first way is to wait roughly 24 hours. The devices will typically reconnect on their own and operation will be back to normal within your app. 

If you need a more immediate resolution, complete a factory reset on the lock and re-pair the lock to your phone.
