If your lock is showing as "unreachable" in your app it has most likely lost connection to the local internet and needs to be reconnected at the lock location. You can try to have someone that is near the lock and has access to the lock attempt a "soft reset"(instructions below) this may wake up the lock and get it searching for the internet again. If this fails to reconnect the lock to your local internet you will need to travel to the lock and be physically present to reset the lock and then go thru the connection process.
