My Door file was lost with a firmware update.

Corrective Action:

If your door file and 'Friendly Name" on an AD200/AD250 is lost after a firmware update;

1. Ensure that the latest AD-Series firmware package is loaded from the Schlage Support site and located in the root directory of your HHD (Requires AD.A.34 or newer)

2. Ensure you have an appropriate "Door File" for the door downloaded from your System Software and sync’d on to the HHD

3. Using the "Manager" mode of the SUS, connect to the lock and upgrade the lock firmware

4. Using the "Manager" mode of the SUS, connect to the lock and re-install the intended ‘Door File’

5. After the 'Door File' is loaded, the door’s "Friendly" name will be correctly displayed where "New Lock" is was displayed 

6. Verify that valid credentials are now granted access when presented
