My BE365 Won't Unlock

If you're experiencing issues with unlocking your BE365 from the exterior keypad, please read the tips below:

 

  • Which code are you entering?
    •  All user codes are 4 digits in length. The programming code which is 6 digits long will not unlock the BE365. The programming code is only there to make changes to the lock.
  • When entering a user code are you receiving a green light?
    •  If not, you may be using an incorrect code, or the battery may be dying/dead. Please try replacing the battery.
  • If you are receiving a green light when entering a code, make sure you rotate the exterior toggle to retract the bolt. 
    • The light will only flash green for 5 seconds. Once that 5 seconds is up, the BE365 is disengaged.
